MSI today launched two new laptop computers, the
FX420 and
FX620DX. Based on the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, these high-end laptops adopt several interesting technologies such as MSI GPU Boost, THX TruStudio Pro, a multipoint touchpad, HDMI, USB 3.0 ports, ECO Engine to save power and maximize battery use per charge, and MSI Easy Face biometric software. The
MSI FX620DX is powered by a 2GHz Intel Core i7-2630QM or a 2.30GHz Intel Core i5-2410M processor, a 4GB DDR3 memory, a 750GB hard drive, a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) or HD (1366×768) LED backlight display, a DVD burner or an optional Blu-ray drive, an nVidia GeForce GT 540M graphics card (1GB DDR3 VRAM) and an HD webcam.
The
MSI FX420 comes jam packed with a 2.30GHz Intel Core i5-2410M processor, an AMD Radeon HD 6470M graphics card (1GB DDR3 VRAM), a DDR3 memory, a 750GB hard drive, a DVD burner or an optional Blu-ray drive, a 14-inch HD (1366×768) LED backlight and a 1.3MP webcam. No word on pricing at this moment.
